At MIWORÈ, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• The item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

• The item must not be damaged, altered, or soiled

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items marked as final sale or purchased during a clearance promotion

• Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

• Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

For size or colour exchanges, contact us at info@miwore.com.

Exchanges are subject to availability.

8. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@miwore.com with a photo.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

9. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@miwore.com before the 14-day period expires.
